PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We support you throughout the entire development process, from the idea to the finished prototype. Thanks to continuous training and further education programmes, our employees are always up to date with the latest methods.

TOOL AND MOULD MAKING

Design and manufacture of injection moulding and punching tools. We realise 3D design (CAD) and 3D machine control (CAM) using the modern CAD/CAM system VisiCAD, always in the latest version. We utilise all standard metalworking processes in production, such as milling, turning, grinding and eroding (countersinking): Milling, turning, grinding, eroding (countersinking, wire-cutting, starting hole), laser labelling.

Products manufactured by us include:

  • Injection moulding tools (1K, 2K, thermoplastic and thermoset)
  • Fine blanking tools (for brass, copper, nickel silver and aluminium)
  • Prototype moulds (for small series)
  • One-off and customised products for mechanical engineering
  • Model and prototype construction (individual parts)
  • Fixture construction

SERIES PRODUCTION

As a direct supplier to the automotive industry, we are very familiar with the highest quality standards. Our portfolio is characterised by a high degree of vertical integration, including:

  • Injection moulding
  • Punching
  • Assembly
  • Laser labelling

We attach great importance to carrying out as many process steps as possible in-house and promote this through appropriate investments. The micro locking cylinder, for example, was developed by us and the injection moulding and punching tools were built in-house. The small parts and plastic components are mainly produced, assembled and tested in-house.
